Another photographic portrait this time of the unknown young wife/mother of Godalming.

She wears her hair plaited and coiled on top of her head. She wears Silver drp earrings which match the Solver brooch at the neck. Velvet high neck and buttoned bib on a fine cloth dress.

Whose families are these?
A series of old photographic studio photos of unknown families.
All of these old photos were bought 15 years ago to use primarily as shop window dressing.
We now would like to re-unite them with their descendents. Absoluteley priceless for any family archive.....check your old folks photo albums ; are these families featured there.
It never ceases to amaze me how irreplaceable old family portraits like these become lost, or sold off because no-one in the family wants them.
Look at the facial features. Are they similar to your own family. Facial features echo down the generations. My features are almost identical to my great great grandma Sarah...my sisters to our great grandma Louisa.
