Is this house West View, 48 Venner Road, Sydenham, Kent, S.E.?
TheLangmead/ Harvey family are known to have lived here at 48 Venner Road, in 1912 certainly up until September 1922. Her two sons who were unmarried at this time also lived there.
Certainly Miss Maud Harvey lived there in 1912 and her mother Mary Ann Langmead, (previously Harvey)
Mary Ann's husband Charles Henry F Langmead was living at 40 Stradella Road, Herne Hill, Surrey in June 1903 when he died.
In June 1937, Mary Ann was living at 23, Sandford Road, Bromley,Kent where she passed away. She and certainly her son Courtenay was also living there.
The two adults and children in the phot are unknown.

Mary Ann Langmead, widow of Charles Henry F Langmead, died at her home 23 Sandford Road, Bromley, Kent on the 25th June 1937. Formerly of West View, 48 Venner Road, Sydenham in the said County.
Administration of her Estate was granted to her youngest son, Courtenay Harvey described as a Paper Merchant, also of 23 Sandford Road, Bromley, Kent and her eldest son Frederic Charles Harvey
Her handwritten Will is photocopied and inserted within the document.
