This, as with the other photos in this Album are of Petersfield, circa 1905.
The street shown here is Chapel Street.

Yep, very recognisable as Chapel Street - virtually all these shops are still standing, although they've doubtless changed hands a few times! Lavant street (also pictured in this album) is the road going off to the left.
