Inside the cover are two photocopied handwritten pages containing Mary Ann's wishes in the distribution of her assets to each of her six children. The Will is dated September 26th 1922 and Mary Ann was living at West View, 48 Venner Road, Sydenham at that time.
Her Will was witnessed by Ellen King of 48 Venner Road, Sydenham, Domestic Servant and Amy Beatrice Row, of 22 Myrtle Grove, Sydenham, Help

Mary Ann Langmead, widow of Charles Henry F Langmead, died at her home 23 Sandford Road, Bromley, Kent on the 25th June 1937. Formerly of West View, 48 Venner Road, Sydenham in the said County.
Administration of her Estate was granted to her youngest son, Courtenay Harvey described as a Paper Merchant, also of 23 Sandford Road, Bromley, Kent and her eldest son Frederic Charles Harvey
Her handwritten Will is photocopied and inserted within the document.
