The Harvey siblings now in early adulthood. Seekin
The photo shows the Harvey children.
A fashionable group which includes a young man who may be attached to either Marie Louise or Mabel.
A Mr Aster ( possibly the intended of ONE of the Harvey sisters) is seated and Fredeick Charles Harvey is behind him. The photo was possibly taken before the turn of the century. We know that Florence was born in 1877 and she appears to be in her late teens perhaps twenty years old in this photo.
I am telling the Harvey family story on my eBay blog. Search eBay blog on 'old photos' and you'll see each episode on page 1.search by 'jeannchris'
eBay has millions of viewers world wide so who knows one just might be a Harvey descendent.

The Harvey children now adults. The mystery history and archive of the Victorian Harveys of Bristol
The photo shows Frederic and Mary Ann Harvey's six children now in early adulthood and elegantly dressed in the style of the times.
It is not known for sure which of the girls are which and it is possible that Marie Louise, the eldest daughter is 6th left next to her young man who is possibly a Mr Jones.
Florence Harvey is the girl 2nd left at the front standing next to Mr Aster.
The young man seated 1st left is Mr Aster who later married another sister Mabel. Mabel is back row behind her brother Frederick Charles. Also at the back the (on the right ) is maud the youngest sister.
I suspect that Florence was once Mr Asters intended....but he preferred and married Mabel. That's why the wedding photo of Mr Aster and Mabel was torn in half in Florences photo album.
This photo is one of several which were left to me by my Great Aunt Winifred Cleaver, who may have been nanny to the Harvey or Champion-Jones family.
I have a collection of Harvey personal documents and photos which will be very precious particularly to Florences' descendants. Seeking Florences' descendants to return the Harvey Family archive for their own family history.
