The White Hart Anglers Club,Dagenham,Essex C1950'
Four members of the White Hart Anglers Club.
My dad was also a member.
I only remember two of these men....on the far left holding his catch of the day is Roy Gilligan and centre is Harry Cush holding a skate.
Think this photo was taken in the late 1950's
They fished the sea in winter and lakes and rivers in Summer.
They're holding their catch of the day from a sea fishing expedition.
Anybody know thw other three fishermen?

My father Mr William (Bill) Dennis as a young man.
This photo shows my dad Bill Dennis as a young man. This photo was only recently found and is the only one we have of him in his younger years.
He had brothers called Monty, Roy and a younger brother Ray and a sister called Joan.
We have photo's of his father, our paternal grandfather, but none of our paternal grandmother.
We would dearly love to have an image of my dad's mother if one exists.
We do not even know the forenames of our paternal grandfather and grandmother.
We do know that grandfather Dennis was an ardent fisherman, as was our father Bill Dennis.
My dad married Betty Cleaver, his brother Monty
married a lady called Ivy and they had sons, Brian Dennis and Eric Dennis.
Bill Dennis's brother Roy moved to Darlington and has a daughter called Lyn, my cousin.
We have have lost contact with my dad's side of our family and it is our greatest wish to find our relatives and catch up.
