Wellington Pier Winter Gardens Gt Yarmouth 1930
To Mr and Mrs Johnson, Berkdale, 27 Melbrooks? Road, Royston, Herts.
Postmark Great Yarmouth 1930.
'Dear all just a line to let you know are all having a very nice time. The weather is much better now. Hope all are well....the rest is undecipherable. I think the sender may be Laley.
How lovely this view is. One car, two open top trams, one advertising 'Waters Palm Toffee' and 'Players Navy Cut' ciggies. If only our streets were still like this.
Are the Pier and Winter Garden still there?
