Log File Information

Clear GIFs Information
When you use Way2 Site, we may employ a ‘clear GIF’s (Web Beacons) which are used to track the online user patterns of our Users anonymously. In addition we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based e-mails sent to our users to track which e-mails are opened by recipients.
How Way2 Uses Information
If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Way2 Site then we use your personal information to operate, maintain and provide you with the features and functionality of Way2.
Any personal information or photographic content that you voluntarily disclose online (in message responses and within your public profile page etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your account Identity (not your e-mail address) is displayed to other users when you upload photographic images or send responses through the Way2 Site and other Users can contact you through responses. Any photographic images that you submit to the Way2 Site may be viewed by the general public.

Way2 employs commercially physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot however ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Way2 and you do so at your own risk. Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Way2 does not permit photographic images of living children aged thirteen years and younger to be transmitted to the Site. Photographic images of children aged thirteen years and younger and accompanying data shall be removed from the Site forthwith. Way2 does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable or non personally identifiable information on the Way2 Site from persons 13 years of age and under, and no part of our site, other than that dedicated to and under the auspices of an ongoing Police missing persons inquiry and/or a Local Authority missing persons inquiry, or any other legal inquiry, National or International, is directed to persons under the age of eighteen. If Way2 learns that personally identifiable information of persons aged thirteen years of age and under has been collected on the Way2 Site without verifiable consent, then Way2 will take the appropriate steps to delete the information.
